I did the drawing and the basics of colors, Serena did the corrections and any colors... the result is magnificent !
The characters are Shoren Arovna and Morquendi Ecthèlyon : some must know Morquendi. He's the General of the Dark Elves, and Shoren is a high officier of Restaz's army, the enemy of the Dark Elves.
They defend two sovereigns, two opposing ideologies, and each of their camps hate each other. Tired of the hatred of war and their crimes, they understand each other, even if no one around them can understand they can respect the enemy.
I had drawn this duo in thinking of a short text I wrote a few weeks ago. Shoren is captured by Astalokë in a battle (during book 3), and is questioned by Solèn during several days. Morquendi finally asked to keep her captive with him, against the general opinion. Cohabitation is difficult, until Shoren asked to him (bad english traduction, I'm really sorry =3= ) :
"Why do you talk to me ? Why do you respect me and don't deliver me to your soldiers and your executioners ? We are enemies. I don't know what to answer at your attitude."
"Because you're like me."****

About how he treats her, yes she is wary still, she is surprised to Morquendi's words, and she assumes he will not be violent with her, but she knows how to defend herself and is ready to fight if she has doubts. (Be patient Morqu !)

Shoren est magnifique avec ses cicatrices. Un peu dévêtue il me semble mais bon XD Morquendi s'en porte pas plus mal aha ^^
C'est une très belle collab' vos deux styles se marient même très bien j'ai envie de dire ! Ton crayonné n'en est que plus beau ! ( déjà qu'à la base, il est superbe alors là... BOUM

Merci beaucoup en tout cas ! Serena a fait beaucoup pour l'image il faut dire, elle a corrigé beaucoup d'erreurs sur le dessin de base, et sa technique de colo est vraiment belle ! Je suis bien contente que l'association fonctionne !
Héhé, de rien, je suis tombé sur son travail il y a un an ou deux je crois, elle fait des trucs de dingue en tradi et aux crayons de couleurs, ça me bluffe !
Aha oui j'ai cru comprendre que Shoren avait l'air assez farouche, et qu'elle n'a pas eu un passé des plus agréables hem.
Mais en tous cas dans ce dessin, elle est très lumineuse et libérée, je dirais presque sereine avec un tel regard ^^
